Hi,

I don't know where to put my thread so I put it here

I've just finished my the biggest (so far) dob project  It's 22" F3.7 (FL 2060mm, Lambda/9) truss dobsonian of my own design. It took me only three weeks to make it but my wife almost divorced me.

It was worth, just take a look:

Huh, I don't know. It depends on the owner I made it on special order and now have one customer interested in 24". That's a challenge I am happy to take on my shoulders My mirrors supllier can't provide bigger blank than 24"...
I'm also finishing 16" truss dob and it looks so tiny

I'm sure that I will finally meet Raster at some StarParty and he will have a chance to look through 22" dob

This one the owner took personally but I don't see any problems with sending any scope to any european country (and even worldwide). It goes into three packages only
I already have second 22" F3.7 mirror and I am going to build it for sale.
If you think it's big, you are wrong I am ordering two 30" mirrors to build scopes
